I don't know why you're calling it a scam when you're not actually losing anything just your account. I would only call it a scam if you had a balance and couldn't withdraw it.
About bonuses, maybe just wait until primedice completely closes. But like others have said, it's better not to assume that you/ll get any bonus from the closure of primedice.com.
I think you might receive some form of compensation, especially if your VIP progress is already equivalent to Diamond VIP. No one knows..
Maybe they have a reason to call it a scam they thought their efforts in pursuing VIP levels were in vain after the site was shut down while they have spent a lot of money so it's not a bad idea either they want compensation or maybe Primedice offers other options like VIP Transfer to Stake but there must be a little problem surely their VIP level in Stake is higher than Primedice so VIP transfer is a bit difficult unless with + other offers. On the other hand what you said is also true, it can't be called a complete scam because there was no agreement when creating the account well the decision is entirely up to Primedice.
