International agreements get broken by all sides all the time, or were you not aware of this? US has been violating Cuba's international rights which overwhelming majority of the world has been condemning for 60 years now, so? When you consider that elections in Iraq and Afghanistan were considered "free", by that measurement Russia's elections were definitely much "free'er".
