You might have more luck getting a response from stake.com if you posted this on casnio.guru and getting help from their staff. If Casino.guru accepted your case, they might ask stake.com for evidence(not sure if they actually will) and see if the evidence stake.com has against you is sufficient enough to justify their decision.
