I agree that it is better to possess the property and have the assurance of where to live. Beautiful exteriors are not always quality or comfortable and looks may deceive. The most important is the functionality and that it is yours in the real sense. The ability to have a place that you do not have to pay rent to stay there is a form of peace that cannot be bought with appearance.
