I don't think it's that easy for Levy to fire Thomas Frank because he doesn't know what will happen next season. PSG are a tough opponent, and Levy certainly understands that. However, his club being able to score two goals against PSG is still considered a good thing because I know PSG has a strong defense.
He will not do it after firing a head coach that brought Europa League title to their club last season. Thomas Frank just joined this club as a head coach and does not have enough time in the summer, training, friendly matches, and he needs more matches in this season to give us actual management quality and capability he has.
Tottenham Hotspur's performance against PSG in the Super Cup was good, and PSG beating Tottenham Hotspur in a penalty shootout to win the Super Cup isn't enough reason for Levy to fire Thomas Frank because you can't use one game to determine the performance of a coach. With the Tottenham Hotspur performance against PSG in the Super Cup last night, Thomas Frank will perform very well at Tottenham Hotspur next season if Tottenham Hotspur can add more players to their squad before the transfer window closes.
Tottenham Hotspur did not have too good quality and it was shown by their general bad performances and very low rank in Premier League last season. In Europa League, with a cup format, they went far and even won this title to end many years without any single title for their club. However, this title was not enough to cover their big problems in the last season and perhaps they will struggle with issues in this season too.
A good performance against PSG is good but Tottenham Hotspur must know that in a long season, if they still have many problems like the last season, they will have so difficult season ahead.
