Thank you for the above screenshot, but since the previous account manager appears to have used a different Telegram account than the ones shown in their footer area, I think it'd be better if you could export your chat history with that account manager ^{[if there aren't any sensitive information]} and upload it to a website that scans uploaded files for malware ^{[e.g., MediaFire]}.
