One of my bosses in the office has some cryptocurrency in his wallet. He does not know much about cryptocurrency especially how to manage a wallet. One day one of his neighbors was helping him with the wallet and without his knowledge the neighbor copied his wallet phrase. Yesterday he discovered that there was nothing left in his wallet because everything had been withdrawn.
Please is there any way we can retrieve the cryptocurrency or is there any way we can get proof that he is the one who really transferred it? We have the wallet address to which the cryptocurrency was transferred.

What happened to you is unfortunate. We all know that if a wallet seed phrase falls into the hands of someone, that person gets full access to his wallet. So in such a situation, it becomes very difficult to recover the lost coins. Also, since this is a planned operation, if the coins are sent through mixer privacy coins, it will be very difficult to recover them.

If you have the destination wallet address, you can find the transaction history using Blockchain Explorer. From there, you will be able to see when, how much and to which address the funds were transferred. Collect screenshots of this information.

Then you should file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Unit or Digital Security Unit as soon as possible. Contact the EFCC. They investigate crypto fraud. Gather the necessary information. How much funds were lost, when they were lost, to which address the transaction was made, gather all the information. Take legal action as soon as possible.
If the criminal funds collected coins through p2p cash out or mixer privacy coins, then it will be very difficult to recover them. But if he took the funds from an exchanger, then it is possible to report the exchanger and freeze his ID.

So collect information as soon as possible and take legal action. Hopefully your funds will be recovered very soon.
This is easy said than done. Have you forgotten that you are in Nigeria, I don't remember when Nigeria had a department called Digital Security unit and how they intend to trace the funds and know the owner of the wallet address. Nigeria is very poor in handling crypto related issues and reporting to the EFCC might make things more complicated.

I am not discouraging OP, but his funds is gone and he should learn more about whatever he is investing into.

OP, which coins are you talking about here, is it bitcoin or them shitcoins. You need to be specific with the coin name because cryptocurrency is a vague word.
