@Pumared & @OgNasty
Still haven't got all the facts yet on this deal with Paramount since it was just released less than 24 hours ago. But from the posts by some MMA social media in the space there does seem to be obligations still ongoing with CBS:

One thing for certain is their partnership with ESPN are completely done which had complete broadcasting rights in the US.
@bbc.reporter TNT Sports formerly BT Sports had them for UFC events in the UK.

If fighters want to earn more, they'll have to work harder, train harder, and take better care of themselves. They should try for a raise, but the UFC should issue a long list of demands. Many fighters are taking advantage and making money without doing anything. Those who fight and make the UFC better won't need to ask.

Wont it hurt the fighters who used to get big paychecks for their PPV events ? Doubt dana sharing any of that 7 billion with them

I think overall from the fighters pov this isnt a good decision at all

I think otherwise. If the fighter continues to contribute to the event he's participating in, on social media, and promotes the UFC worldwide, why wouldn't he earn more? Because Dana wouldn't increase his salary, when the fighter who does that can simply leave the UFC to pursue something of his own or move on to another fight event.
