This current signings seem to be the best I have witnessed from Manchester United in a long time. I won’t be expecting too much but a step up in performance from last season’s level. If the new attacking trio stay fit and perform well they will surely make United better this season and help the team achieve qualification to play European football at the end of the season.
Seriously I share the same view with you I think this current Manchester United board are doing well and this shows how a proper football team is run, this also shows that the club major problem all this years has truly been the Glazer family way of running the club. Sir Jimmy Ratcliffe came in and has try to restructure the club, i could remember him sacking Dan Ashworth because the man made some bad decisions that lead to some signing of some players that didn’t turn out well.
This time around Manchester United are signing players that are actually looking to play for the club and not coming for the big name. For me I think their three major signings have been spot on and right fully what they need, the two missing players is a goal keeper and a midfielder. If Amorim gets this I think even with the last season performance they should be aiming for top four and domestic cup too.
