The aim of every game usually falls at winning the trophy allocated for that game and one of such was with this case, I agree the English side dis their very best bit all of that will not be considered anymore because they would have obviously been seen as been in the past at this time meanwhile the winners of the trophy will forever be remembered because they going to be in history books as been able to have won the trophy at a point in time when they contended with an English side and eas able to claim the trophy from them.

Of course, at this level of the competition, you just want to win the trophy and for some teams, they just aim to get into the quarter finals at least because they know better. I wouldn’t want to name any team but speculatively, not all teams do play for the trophy. Especially, when playing their local leagues, quite a few would be in the business of selling new talents in the transfer market and remaining relevant in their league.

Yes, I agree with you. Although everyone plays for trophies in big tournaments, in reality, not all teams have the same goal. Strong teams want to keep the victory in their name. They do it for the sake of history. Then there are some teams who know that it is difficult to go all the way. They are satisfied with reaching the quarter-finals.

Because at this time they think about creating and selling players instead of winning trophies. They think it is better to present new talent to the world than winning trophies. I like such teams a lot. Because they are busy creating an asset that not only sings their name, but also sings for the rest of their lives.
