Real Madrid has all the resources that a good coach like him need to become successful. I don't see any pressure that will be on him to the point the he will make decisions that will affect the team performance negatively. Alonso was able to work something out of nothing with Leverkusen. This gives me more confidence in him that he will take the team to a greater height.
Alonso only pressure after being officially appointed as Real Madrid head coach is the demand to win the La Liga trophy. Last season Real Madrid did not win any trophies after failing in domestic competitions and the UCL, the management immediately made a team overhaul so that they could compete again with Barcelona in the hunt for the La Liga trophy. So far, I still can't imagine how Real Madrid will perform under Alonso, but his presence is expected to bring a positive aura to the team that was slumped last season under Ancelotti.
