The bookies are pricing Liverpool at 1.3 which is not bad for the Premier League favourites, but I wouldn't take the risk after Liverpool looked unconvincing in the Super Cup. The situation is that we must first wait for either good odds or look at the results of several games to understand Liverpool's prospects.
