Real Madrid has all the resources that a good coach like him need to become successful. I don't see any pressure that will be on him to the point the he will make decisions that will affect the team performance negatively. Alonso was able to work something out of nothing with Leverkusen. This gives me more confidence in him that he will take the team to a greater height.
Actually there is pressure on him to surpass the performance of Madrid in the last season and mi d you they did not have a very fantastic performance at the FIFA Club World Cup tournament and he has to make up for that, all of that put together places him in a position to make some really tough decisions under some pressure, although minimal pressure but there l definitely is some form of pressure for him to face at the moment because Madrid is used to making the most out of every season and last season was not one which they did well so they will be looking forward to thus season for a make up.
