Hansi Flick is absolutely right; he's doing his job well, making Barcelona's game stronger. I've noticed that there's no selfishness among the players, resulting in good, accurate passes. The players' confidence has also improved since being coached by Hansi Flick.

Barcelona's failure to win the Champions League trophy will certainly make Flick want to improve their performance. It's true that Barcelona will strive to win the Champions League and La Liga trophies next season. However, looking at their current squad, they certainly have the potential to win both the Champions League and La Liga trophies. It seems likely that most people will bet heavily on Barcelona in every match... but of course, considering Barcelona's current strength, they are certainly strong, but we won't know what will happen when the UCL and La Liga seasons begin.
Yea, one thing good manager should have to instill in his players is not being selfish while with the ball, a player should learn how to distribute ball to whichever player that he knew the balk has to go to as soon as possible, there should be team work, football is all about team work, no single player does it all, adequate passes give a team a good performance, a player doesn't have to hold the ball for a long time even when he knows that he can control it, sometimes over confidence mess up things so it is better to pass the ball and reposition again, for me, I will say that flick did perfectly well last season, a team that was in such condition was able to take home the two juicy trophy in the Spanish laliga, I think that's very commendable, I strongly believe that Barcelona will do more under this same manager this season, what their need is improve their efficiency and maintain consistency thats all.
