I prefer fast withdraws and some extra safety measure like 2fa and email confirmation. Better than you needing the money now and need to wait for a manual review because of so called safety, when you could be sleeping when the hacker tries to empty your account anyways.
Wjaz you need to know is that, manual withdrawal is not about safety of users funds or some security measures that benefits the gambler, but somewhat a way that the casinos measures things and limits staffing some time some kind of financial expenses reduction, between that the most amd effective thing for a casino is to make sure that player's get their payments as fast as possible not going through alot of manual process and wasting time.
It's probably also more related to the casino safety. But if the amount is less than $5000 it should be instant. More than that and I understand if the casino wants to check if there is no exploit or bugs happening where people can be abusing to make money off them.

15 minutes is too long, let alone 3 hours. It should be under 1 minute, or even just a matter of seconds, especially if the casino claims their withdrawal system is instant.
In my experience, big casinos usually take more than 1 minute, but not more than 5 minutes unless they need to be extra certain.
Players prefer casinos that process withdrawals as quickly as possible because one of the factors players consider when choosing a casino to play at is how they process withdrawals. However, players must also understand that the network can be the cause of our coins taking a long time to be credited to the wallet.
I agree. And if its a crypto withdraw it's extremely fast to process anything. With a command you can send any amount of BTC or USDC. Last casino I played was Yeet and the withdraw took less than 1 minute to show on my wallet transaction history.
