Liverpool didn't have an easy run in the Premier League earlier last season because Arsenal was chasing them and flopped along the line then Chelsea picked up and was just few points away from Liverpool and they lost focus, that was when Liverpool began to get some balance and got huge gaps if not from the beginning of last season till mid-season, it wasn't clear that Liverpool will win the title. That notwithstanding, i still see Liverpool as a strong title contender this season because just as other big teams strengthened their squad, Liverpool also did, so if they manage to win Bournemouth tonight, it will be the beginning of their optimism ahead of the title race.
I don't know which season you are talking about because last season Liverpool won the Premier League and Arsenal was trailing them, but they remained there, so I don't think anyone should be comparing Liverpool with Arsenal because Liverpool was able to win the Premier League and Arsenal has been struggling to win anything. And that is so disgusting. And this is why their fans cannot even argue well because it has been a while since they have seen that they are not doing very well,, and I cannot even support clubs like Arsenal.
And I love the way Liverpool accumulated so many points that other clubs were finding it hard to keep up with them, and the only way Arsenal can prove anything is for them to win a trophy because it's a shame for arsenal for them not t be able to win anything.
