I’m not advocating for killing decentralization, but I do think the absence of any framework means scams can run wild, and that’s where many people lose money unnecessarily.
You aren't wrong, there are various number of new projects that comes up everyday with no vision that can change the crypto ecosystem, all these projects are here for hitting their target of accomplishing their goal of getting back the return on investment off their capital, gaining extra funds and quit the whole project leaving investors frustrated especially the newly investors.
For as long as the crypto space is built in a way where dev connect from any dot and start exploring the system from anywhere in the world without any regulation is prone to be hazardous on those that doesn't know the game, yet it's decentralization they call it but it going to cause many chaos where victims has no where to run to.
