Not sure how other members missed this and didn’t inform you, but offering an incentive to forum members to post on your announcement thread is not allowed on this forum:
Specifically, you are not allowed to give people any incentive to post insubstantial posts in your threads. You can't offer to pay people who post their addresses, usernames, etc.
This was posted on the altcoin board but I believe it applies in this board as well. So, It would be better if you ask users to send you their usernames via PMs only.
