I do think so, I thought every merit source approved gets a message from admin that they have been made merit source, might be wrong though !

My only thought is that his probably engaged with much activities that is taking up his time, since he was active last month and sent out merits it also means op and any other person dissatisfied with him should have patience for because they have 2 others doing the voluntary job.
