Wow, I really like your chart. I also write down my daily reports, although sometimes I share them here, but not always. You have organised them very nicely. Do you think you will always write them down? I have bought a separate notebook where I write down my daily reports. Keep it up, you have taken an excellent initiative.
I used to keep Excel sheets to record my workouts. Tracking progress this way is definitely very useful. And once it becomes a habit, you build up a serious database over the years. Honestly, when I first saw this thread, it reminded me of those days. Now I just write down my daily push-ups here and I don't need to do anything else. Dirtykeyboard takes care of the rest.
