After getting rugged (twice), I’ve started developing my own personal checklist to spot red flags in new altcoin projects. Here are a few I now take seriously:

Team not doxxed: If there’s no face, it’s a risk.

No GitHub activity: A “project” with no code is a meme, not a coin.

90%+ tokens held by insiders or devs: Obvious exit trap.

Whitepaper is vague or just buzzwords.

No clear revenue model: If it doesn’t generate value, it won’t last.

Just wanted to throw this out there for discussion: What are some of your “dealbreaker” red flags when it comes to altcoins?
All these that was mentioned here still doesn't guarantee anything in this crypto space, we all knows that their are so many scam coin in the market as of today, and Investors are spreading their money across different coin, but those that invested in Bitcoin will hardly temper with it and use a cent in investing in alt and meme coin because they are full of shit.
One thing I have known about alt and meme coin is that they falls more than they rise, so it's not wise to keep on doing the same thing over and over again and be expecting a different result, just invest in Bitcoin and have peace with yourself and your investment, most times we are the ones shooting ourselves on our foot just because of greed for 10x to 109x, just invest only in Bitcoin mate, because the security of your asset is more important than anything else.
