We can lessen our losses if we managed to practice what we plan before we engaged into it, but like you said human errors happened whenever we failed to follow our own practices, but if we can limit our sessions and the amount that we are using is decent enough of our spare then it's not going to be hard if we wanted to stop and move forward and forget whatever the amount that we've loss.

When it comes to forgetting some of my losses, it always depends on what amount is involved in the stake. Forgetting my losses has to do with what that stake meant to me and what was the intent behind it while making the bet. It wouldn’t matter much if the sum is somewhere around the surface, not something too deep that I can’t afford to lost, it just passes away by the hour.
Other times, when I’ve recovered some of my losses, it just wouldn’t matter what amount was lost before.
The greater the loss, the greater the gambler's regret for that bet. If my bet amount is small and the return amount is also small, then why wouldn't I have such a reaction if I lose that bet? I can easily accept it, but when it is large, excitement will work in me. Fear of winning and losing will work in me. In large bets, gamblers usually have a greater desire to win, which is why it is naturally difficult to accept if they lose that bet. And in such a situation, bets can be a reason for regret for a long time, but if the gambler starts placing his bets again, it is easy to forget the previous bets gradually.
