When it comes to forgetting some of my losses, it always depends on what amount is involved in the stake. Forgetting my losses has to do with what that stake meant to me and what was the intent behind it while making the bet. It wouldn’t matter much if the sum is somewhere around the surface, not something too deep that I can’t afford to lost, it just passes away by the hour.
Other times, when I’ve recovered some of my losses, it just wouldn’t matter what amount was lost before.
Don't always gamble with huge amount that you can not afford to lose because it can also contribute to some other unknown challenges like causing emotionally problems, you can be chasing after the lose and still lose more and you can even get addicted. To avoid all of that and also forget about your losses quickly, just don't gamble with much money that you can not afford to lose or even the money that you weren't supposed to use for gambling but for the fees of something important.
