Mallorca finished the league in top 10 last season. They shouldn't be underestimated for sure. However... I can't say they have a good history against Barcelona. 
If you look at their head-to-heads, they couldn't beat Barcelona for ages. Nearly in all of their games since then ended up with losses. This is why I see betting on Barcelona @1.39 quite sensible. I wish the odds were a little bit higher though.
The only problem could be stated like it is the beginning of the season and we don't know how the players will perform.

I did not see any reason why Barcelona will not beat Mallorca in this match, Mallorca has not been a team that we will be thinking they can beat Barcelona or end up drawing against Barcelona, Barcelona is in good form and with their performance since last season they are one of the best teams last season, Barcelona is going to get the 3 points in this game despite playing in Mallorca stadium, Barcelona is going to win the match with a lot of goals in other to be at the top of the league table because Villarreal won their match yesterday and already be in the top of the league. It's nice to see La Liga is back, La Liga is one of the best leagues in the world and watching Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid competing for a trophy is very interesting.
