Some parties are not calling it vote buying, but implying that it is thanks for coming. So in that scenario, it is not called vote buying. What will make such not to stop in Nigeria.

I don't think it will never stop in Nigeria, ordinarily during election season, some Nigerians are already geared towards the fact that they are going to make so and so amount of money during that period, this is built into their psych that whenever there is an election, money is going be shared, the politicians too have bought into that Idea to spend money during that season, so that the election will be easier for them to manipulate hence the people conscience have been soften by the money been shared.
