I have no personal issue with anyone here I post this just for information because community needs active merit sources who encourage newbies as Pakistan is one of the best countries who are doing good in crypto and need more peoples to help out newbies with their knowledge and experience.
OP merit source wasn't made solely to encourage newbie, Merit source is given as a reward for quality post or a helpful thread, there is no sentiment in merit and if anyone deserves merit on a post they will get it.
Also local board is a large one and should not wait for only merit sources from your local board to dish them out, members too can also share merit when they see a deserving post. The first concern is should be that the absent member is fine and just away because of minor issues.
