It is so unfortunate that all regulatory bodies in Nigeria is already dead.a country that you will see different filling stations selling petroleum products anyhow that it pleases them.
This can only happen in a country called Nigeria where no regulatory body in working..
A country where you will buy fuel one Naira in the morning, coming back in the evening to buy same product,you will hear that the product is now N500...
So bad.
It's high time the Government wake from their slumber and make this work again in Nigeria.
I think there is a segment of NNPC that is responsible for price regulation of PMS and other products that involves crude, I think they are called DPR. However, one of the major issues is the fact that the federal government has removed fuel subsidy and there's a total De-regulation of the market allowing independent marketers to sell at almost their will, although the federal government has put a caveat as to the amount petrol should be sold but it's not really affective because the market is De-regulated totally.
