It's clear that the five teams you mentioned are strong contenders for the UCL title this season but I might want to cross Man City off your list. I don't mean to belittle them, but I feel that Liverpool is currently much stronger than Man City and much more prepared to represent the Premier League in this year UCL competition. Of course anything can happen because City is not a weak team. Furthermore I'm also quite curious about Chelsea after previously beating PSG, so I think they might cause another surprise in this competition.
Not only having good and effective players determine a strong team or squad having the best team work does better than just individual qualities. In my opinion both Arsenal and Chelsea should be included in the list, they are likely to remain competitive in the quarter final based on what we've seen. Yes I agree with you Chelsea will really be a turf one next season considering their performance in the Club World Cup and also their exhibitions matches (friendly matches).
