Just because Arsenal have bought new strikers, and came second in the past 3 seasons, doesn't make it certain that they are going to win the Premier League of 2025/2026.
This season as it is, is going to be tougher than previous seasons. Teams have brought in new players into their teams. For that reason, it's going to be a different ball game for Arsenal, as teams will challenge them for the top table position, talk more of lifting the Premier League trophy.
However, I will tell you for free, to keep your expectations low on Arsenal for winning the Premier League this time by all means.
I agree with you that this season is going to be tougher than the previous season analysing how every team especially the big teams had to equip the depth of their squad quality to make sure they can compete and win their games. Arsenal have made 2nd position three seasons in a row and it's just normal for anyone to think that with the missing piece which is a "striker" now added to the squad, Arsenal can likely get beyond just 2nd position if their form is maintained and improved.
