Well I have a d I can say it wasn't a good experience at all. I waited the whole night for my pending withdrawal to be approved and even fell asleep while waiting, only to wake up the next morning to a failed withdrawal, I didn't have the patience to wait that long anymore and had to hit up customer care immediately after placing another withdrawal, but fortunately this time it was processed before the customer care could even reply.
Mine got cancelled twice, I had to reach out to the representative here in Bitcointalk to ask if it was because I did something wrong, but, when I placed withdrawal the third time it got approved - and funny enough, that was my first time trying to withdraw from the site, so I didn’t really know if it’s a normal thing or something tha rarely occurs.
Although, my subsequent experience was smoother than that, I got instant withdrawal. It really is frustrating if you need the money for something very urgent but then got a delay in withdrawal from the casino, and then you hit the customer support up and also don’t get any response from them or they ask you to interact with some kind of bots.
