Brevity counts, not verbosity, when it hits the point. The important thing to watch out for while making posts on this forum is – let your posts address or solve issues. Be in an ongoing discussion.
I think that’s how a forum serves its purpose and create more engaging discussions that would benefit one another, not only the forum audience, but also the thread’s starter as well. Yes, brevity counts, that’s how it should be. Let’s just go straight to the details, by using concise and accurate words that would highlight the effectivity of the post, and not making it verbose which turns out unnecessary in the end.

Short replies don’t help, but long replies either will only make the main topic goes round and round, to the point of creating more confusion rather than clarity and effectivity.
