The Italian league will be very tight this year. Napoli, Inter, Juventus, Milan, and Atalanta will also be in the race. The first matches are just around the corner, and Napoli will face Sassuolo. Roma will face Bologna. Milan will host Cremonese, and Juventus will face Parma. It doesn't look like a scary match. Inter will face Torino, and all of them have the potential to win. The first week of the Italian league begins next week, and I believe they will not drop any points in their quest for the title.
I do not think Atalanta will be in the battle this season. They lost Gasperini to Roma, and they are looking like either they will lose Lookman, or they may just have Lookman who is upset that he wasn't let go, either case bad for them.
So Atalanta may not be as great as they used to be, because Gasperini was half of that team, and they lost him. I would instead put Roma to your list, who got Gasperini, because that feels like it's a lot better and he is going to make that Roma team great from the start. Roma did finish decently last year, but they started terrible, if they had a good start, they could have battled for the first place, it's quite obvious. We shouldn't really be considering this to be an ok situation, and we can't change that.
