It was a complete performance from Manchester city because they weren't just good on the day, they still manage to keep a clean sheet, by shutting down wolves attack from getting a single goal, right now they are topping the league on goal difference, but is this what we should be expecting all season from this Manchester city side?
That's what I can't tell because winning convincingly is one thing, and staying consistent is another thing, and the true potential and strength of Manchester city will be tested when they are up against a stronger opposition, but before then I will be congratulating them on a convincing Victory last night because they were really good on the day.
I think the first five games will determine what Manchester City shape will be this season, wolves was most probably their weakest opponent in this games, next up for the is high flying Tottenham, this game will be really difficult than the first because Spurs are usually a big problem for Manchester city but then with the way Spurs played yesterday with their defense looking shaky I think it might be easy for Manchester City to get goals against them.
Then they have Brighton, Manchester United and Arsenal in that order, I think with the current injury crisis at the club if they actually get out of these games topping the table then I will say city are surely back again.
You are right, I hope Arsenal and Manchester United will be interesting to watch, but it is very difficult to say what will happen in a football match. Both teams will come out with a lot of energy to snatch victory. Arsenal is much better than Manchester United head to head, but United will not give up easily because they will come out with new strong players. We do not know what the result will be, but I expect this match to be a very exciting match.
Arsenal has the head to head but one thing I have noticed is that since Manchester United begin to experience this down time and Arsenal have improved over the years it is still very difficult for Arsenal to actually beat Manchester United just like that. One thing I see that they usually get a narrow and win and mostly home wins. So this season with Manchester United looking more better with players and playing at home I think it will be a difficult game for Arsenal
