It was a superb performance from Sunderland and what a statement way to start their EPL return. I always believed Sunderland were up to something this season with the calibre of signings they have made this summer, it is clear that their motive is to stay in the premier league. This is a heavy defeat conceded by Westham United to a newly promoted side. I didn’t recognise WestHam United towards the end of last season, this definitely is a different one.

All of Sunderland new signings are working in this game. They played collective football, though not dominated the possession. Things get better for them as how crap potter ball is. Their opponent being so clueless, and they successfully took it as their advantage. Important there points secured by them to keep stay in EPL.

I rate them as the strongest team who promoted in the EPL compared to the rest. Hope they can stay for several years with this kind of performance.
