I don't use Discord but I think I have to create one. Does anyone know why Metawin removed on-site support?
I'm not sure why TBH. But Queen—Community Manager and CS—said they'll bring it back.
Had tried to download the discord but seems to be too heavy for my phone as my device has already been filled up with lots of things in it.
I found it very weird why they don't have to be active on the live support rather one has to open discord to Lodge their complaints. At least there should be two way access to live support instead of only discord.
