Because of economic downturn in the world, most people have become jack of all trades and master of non. learning skills and not getting a mastery of them because they are testing waters on which of them will eventually pay the bills. I have a friend who during her spare time learnt soap making, baking, sewing yet she's not making money off these skills.
There is a very big difference between those people who learn additional skills and professions based on need and those people who do it at the call of the heart, because they love this business very much and have a predisposition to it from birth.
I know a lot of people who would like to learn to draw, and they try, but they do it through force only because they know that sometimes artists can earn a lot of money, it seems easy to them.
But in fact, I want to say that I have been drawing all my life and really loved this business, I never studied it anywhere and only thanks to this I often take prizes in art competitions on this forum.
