How about you inform yourself by reading a few of the sticky threads in Beginners & Help section. I'm certain it's explained there clearly how ranking up works and that both Activity and Merits are needed. You lack the latter.

It's no surprise that many garbage posters here have mostly zero merits. There's a reason...
