I do not know much or anything about cryptocurrency let alone bitcoin before joining this forum and it is all because someone introduced me to it, so i now think such friend introduced me here so i can patronise his digital currency business and buy and send bitcoin through him. It is okay now that i know how dangerous it really is to trust someone to buy bitcoin or hold or exhange btc for me. Am still keeping my eyes open for the comment that would teach me the best place to buy bitcoin from and how to keep it safe.
The thread is about trading with people physically, this has led to alot of problems later because you don't know who is who and you never can tell people true intention about what they have on their mind. Though your situation kind of sound familiar with what OP is saying but look here, just because someone introduced you to the forum doesn't mean you have to trust them with your Bitcoin, you can be disturbing him to teach you about Bitcoin and he may just create account for you here so you can get off his neck and not because he want you to know better.
One thing you must know, don't trust people for any reason when it comes to Bitcoin, make surr you verify what you are doing, that's simply what Bitcoin does, there is no need to assume that something is right, make sure to verify that information before you proceed. If anyone ask you for your private keys or seed phrase, ignore them as possible, if they ask you to send Bitcoin ignore them. Don't allow anyone to help your trade on your behalf, the story don't end well.
