I don't know what to make of the Arsenal v United game. Yeah, United look better than they were last season with their new signings, but they didn't create anything today, i cannot remember them having any big chance in that game, they have to improve on that. Arsenal were solid in defense as usual, as soon as they got that goal, they were going to defend it until the end.
Over all, the game was not the most entertaining, United tried to make it a good watch, but they were not able to do anything useful in the Arsenal box.
It is still Arsenal that they played against and I think they have created chances here and there. They were superior in all relevant statistics except for scoring that goal of course... Obviously that is the most relevant statistic, but it is not like they frighteningly bad and had no plan. I just think they lack a world class striker. They had 22 shots and 7 shots on target. If you don't score then, the striker position is probably worth taking a look at. I still can't believe a player like Zirkzee is with them. That says a lot about their transfer policy.
