I can't believe I sat down to watch Manchester United play for full 90mins and enjoyed every bit of their game, I think other coaches should be worried about Manchester United this season cause there's a big improvement, who else noticed the possession in the first half, I was very suprised to see that they played the possession game against Arsenal of all teams.
Arsenal should count themselves lucky that they have a solid defense, and Riccardo Calafiori converted that set piece into a goal, if Manchester United had scored first I don't thnk they would've been able to equalize cause there would be much pressure on their player which would've lead to errors and more goals from Manchester United. Amorim just need one solid defensive midfielder and a good keeper for his team to be balanced.
From that match, it was clear that Manchester United had indeed improved slightly compared to last season. And yes, I never expected to see Arsenal lose possession in that match. Initially, I thought the opposite would happen, with Arsenal putting a lot of pressure on Manchester United. But what happened was Manchester United managed to put a lot of pressure on and attack Arsenal. But Arsenal knew how to win better. Still, Manchester United's loss wasn't a bad one. Manchester United were just unlucky, failing to convert many chances and attacks into goals.
Another match I never expected was Chelsea vs. Crystal Palace. Crystal Palace actually managed to hold Chelsea to a draw. I even remember Crystal Palace scoring in the first half, although it was ultimately disallowed after a VAR review.
