I hope your withdrawal request will get processed soon and you receive your money, but can you tell us for how long you have been waiting so far?
In their FAQ, they claim that the deposit and withdrawal process is "seamless" which suggests that they are instant which appears not to be the case, unfortunately.
Hopefully you are facing this delay because it’s your first withdrawal and they need to make some checks and your next withdrawals will get processed instantly!
