Sevilla had the right strategy by turning things around in the second half, and in my opinion, Matias Almeyda as Sevilla coach has a good understanding of how to identify Bilbao weaknesses in the first half, which allowed him to apply the right strategy in the second half. Overall, Sevilla performed fairly well in the second half match, and from the replay I saw, Sevilla actually had many chances. Unfortunately, Bilbao secured a 1-goal win in the second half, which caused Sevilla players to lose confidence. Although they lost, I believe Sevilla has shown a good performance at the start of this season.
Funny, enough, Sevilla almost turned it around for themselves in the second half, at least a draw was better than a loss but in football, there's nothing like almost or nearly. If you didn't win then you didn't win. Sevilla played well but they couldn't find the back of the net late on instead it was Bilbao who scored again to win the tie.
