I don't understand the reason why anyone will argue or claim Bitcoin can only be used as an asset if they clearly understand its valuable concept and the vision Satoshi had when he created it to be useful in many ways, based on the innovations it presents in every financial and investment setting.
Having said that, I expect the Arab Emirates to have added Bitcoin to its payment system before, based on the Arab stance towards BTC. It is good to see everything working now in crypto's favor.
