Not answering to support. Not answering on this forum. Its sad to say but now this can be just considered a scam site (since they are also collecting money from btc interest/fun tokens/gambling).
I know they earned a kind of trust from the whole community but now they made a bad turn and becoming just a scam service ...
Personally I would never suggest to anyone any action on their site. Would you risk again to use them maybe with a btc deposit? I guess no...
