It's sad to watch the dispute with lookman and his club management, the striker took it to his social media page, saying that Atalanta treated him poorly after falling out of their promises and agreement that he would be allowed to leave this summer if a strong offer comes his way, whilst the stated complaint is true,
Luca Percassi the CEO to Atalanta, 'confirmed it's false for a direct league rival to procure one of their star players'.
Since they wouldn't want him at inter, lookman refused to train for multiple consecutive days, he's currently training all by himself in London, with no medical proof of why he's been stabbing training with Atalanta. This could cause him and the club much problem if a legal action is taken either from Ademola or the club's management.
That is a dispute that the team could easily fix today if they want to. Inter was agreeing to do 40-45 million deal, and I am sure if Atalanta was all clear about it, like said "give us 50 million net, no bonus, no nothing, just 50 million and he is yours" then they could have sold the player, and to what he worths too.
Not like Lookman worths more than 50, that is his deal. Then, it is on the Inters court, and Lookman will have nothing to say about it, what would be the expectation, Atalanta to give him for free? They know that can't happen, so 50 million is far and ask for that. Atalanta is basically just rejecting offers, without any proper counter at all, just "not enough", that is why this deal hasn't happened yet.
