This is true though, having live support could be the best I do not like to leave the web surface to another server in lodging complaints, sometimes it makes me feels that one could easily get into wrong hands by just trying to ask your questions in a public group rather than the original web support live chats. They can have their community active and it's also good to have people around at least sharing common feelings and having to share updates over there but not for case solving or handling issues. However, I would have to join as well maybe using my system as someone suggested before.
Having live chat is the way to go. Social media has always had problems with impersonators, especially when money is involved as is the case in online casino communities. This will continue to be a problem in the future. No matter how it's fought, scammers always find new ways to scam and trick their victims.
MetaWin has its chat on the website. Players can always ask questions there if they want feedback and help from the community. A dedicated support is something completely different and private.
Yeah we saw those things happening since for long time we are dealing with social medias to communicate with other crypto users or even fellow gamblers. We cannot deny that there are impersonators would suddenly pop up try to trick us by offering something like to good to be true promotions.
This could confuse people especially for their new community members. But as we have seen Metawin have smooth flow dealing with people on discord or any other channels they have and so far I didn't see any people posting like they are been scammed by impersonators. So we can see with those things that they handle well their community that's why they manage to retain those communication channels and choose to deal with people there.
