Yes Atletico Madrid does not have same drive they used to. Scoring goal early and then not able to score again shows there is problem. Opposing team Espanyol started out slow but became much more aggressive as game after which proves Atletico defense and midfield were struggling.
I also agree that they need big change from coach to players. Their performance this season is much worse than in previous years. And that is right with adding some experienced players especially in attack they could get back to as strong team.
