This is where education comes in... As you engage in Crypto activities, your circle(family, friends) should be aware too.. you should teach them... It is always advicable to backup your seed phrase offline and one way to make it accessible could be writing it down somewhere... If anything happens, your circle are aware that such thing exist and they may be able to look through important documents that you have to find it in case if emergency......
Nobody can really be trusted anyway, if not it you could be able to tell someone about the storage if your seedphraseso they may be of help when something bad happens ..but like I said nobody is really to be trusted as you may be betrayed and lose all your funds
There's no problem telling loved ones about your crypto holdings, but sometimes it's heartbreaking to know that the one person you trusted with the safety of your keys, ends up betraying you.. we have heard of stories where spouse takes ones money and runs away with it. Ones they know very well about your keys, you should make sure to always check on it..
For me, I just won't give anyone, probably because I don't have someone I can entrust with it yet.. but I guess that over time, such trust can be built.. we can teach and enlighten our loved ones about it, but not necessarily hand over the safety of our keys to them..
