Still people do that quite frequently.Aside from running the platform, they also need to have funds to pay for their users or customers. If the expenses goes above than their income and they can't fix that issue then they might really stop operating.
True, or sometimes most casinos limit the max amount you can win/bet. Many people think, capping the max win will deter the players but IMO it reflects the will to function ethically and smoothly. It seems gambling within your means applies for casinos as well
