You just exposed yourself by writing this post. I responded to you in another thread, and I thought you were genuinely trying to help the users. But it seems you do not know who they are and what their cases are about. You just said "We can confirm that your case is already with our support team and is currently under review", but I confirm this is bullshit.

You have no idea about this case because it was already resolved two years ago. You are just copying and pasting a pre-written response here, which is totally bullshit.
